HOW OFTEN DOES OUR COMPANY COME OUT?
Most of our customers prefer and we recommend service once a week. However we have twice a week, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE WASTE?
We remove all the pet waste from your property and dispose of it at our local landfill.

DO WE WORK THROUGH THE WINTER?
Yes. Dogs keep making their messes all year long, and we continue to clean up and remove dog waste throughout the winter. Some customers prefer to put service on hold for the cold months, although there may be an extra service charge for the first cleanup the following spring.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT SNOWS OR RAINS?
We will work in most weather, but snow can stop us. If there is more than about 1 inch of snow, we will postpone that day's service until next day or two. If the snow is deep or does not melt right away we may be forced to wait a few days until resuming service. We will make it to your yard at least once every week during even the worst weather to prevent excessive accumulation of waste.

WHAT ABOUT HOLIDAYS?
We do not work on New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

SHOULD I UNLOCK MY GATE?
Yes. Since employees are not to climb or jump over fences, please have your gate unlocked on your service day or call Lawn Doody to set up an arrangement.

CAN WE WORK WITH YOUR DOG IN THE YARD?
If your dog doesn’t mind, then we will clean with your dog in the yard. We get along well with dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let us into the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine the dog.
We don't want to take unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.

WHAT IF I WANT TO SKIP A SERVICE DAY?
You will not be charged if you call the company office in time for us to tell the service worker to skip your yard that day. If the dog will be gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some other reason you want us to skip your yard for a day or more, we can hold service and you will not be charged.
